You know I love the loft life: the edgy industrial touches, wide open spaces, concrete and wood.  And I think I love it most in a kitchen!  Loft spaces are generally converted warehouses or factories, and this makes them perfect candidates for commercial-style kitchens. Stainless steel fixtures, oversized farmhouse sinks, commercial-grade appliances if you’re lucky, these things combine wonderfully with more traditional touches like old schoolhouse dining chairs and farm tables.  There are no lofts where I live out here in the country, but a girl can dream right?!
