I think of glitter balls as sooooo 2009 (and before that I guess there were the 70s ha), but once upon a time, in interior design land, glitter balls artfully placed were all the rage (along with ghost chairs and ikat, you feel me). I just ran across some gorgeous glitter inspiration the other day though, and I’m actually really liking it once again! Our decor here is pretty rustic, but I love anything unexpected that pops and jazzes things up! A fancy chandelier over a wooden farm table, a baroque tapestry in an otherwise modern bedroom, or a glitter ball, let’s face it, it’s been a rough year we could all use a little glitz these days! Would you do the disco ball?!!
