It’s so hot, I’m loving this icy blue inspiration.  Blue is one of my favorite colors to wear, you have to watch the cut on light blue or it can end up looking babyish I think, but it’s super flattering and striking when done right!  And of course who doesn’t love Tiffany blue (or at least opening the box)?  I know it’s toasty out there, eat some ice cream and stay cool!
