A little heavy-handed, but so true!  You can sum it up this way, no pain, no gain lol.  And while I appreciate a wise sentiment, I appreciate even more a kitschy little tongue-in-cheek display with plenty of vintage touches (including Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here album cover which might be one of my favorite records of all time).  Enjoy the weekend, here’s wishing you no pain but lots of gain!
