Ya’ll, I’m back on the fried chicken again (Publix, fyi it’s delish!).  And I run and play tennis every day so I’m not too worried about my waistline but you know, heart health, cholesterol and all that.  So I’m making it a point this weekend to try to incorporate some fresh, leafy greens into the ol’ diet.  Why is it that the images on Pinterest look so much more appealing than salad in a bag??  I’m going to make the effort though as I’m feeling inspired, will let you know how it goes!
