Happy Valentine’s Day weekend everyone!  Valentine’s is a day filled with so many expectations, it’s gotten kind of commercialized, I’m trying to get back to the principle of the day, to spread love and joy to everyone!  There are all kinds of love outside of romantic love, we love our friends, our families, our neighbors, our pets heck sometimes I even just have a random chat with a stranger at the grocery store and I think “I love this person!”  And of course, self-love!  I’ve been eating very healthy and skiing like crazy, something about taking care of your body and being outdoors a lot, particularly in winter, just makes me feel really good about myself.  I hope you do too, and if no one today has told you that they love you, I do.
