Tis the season for velvet! I actually wore my one velvet item of the year on Saturday night for a holiday dinner out with our best friends: purple velvet pants from Victoria’s Secret (shockingly quality pants, too!). It was so funny because my girlfriend showed up in a velvet tank too, sans planning, ordinarily busting out the velvet would not be such a big deal anywhere else in the country but here in south Florida, it’s kind of not velvet weather, ever. But we make it that way, I always say, you have to dress for the calendar, not the temperature! Anyway, there’s something about velvet that just screams “holiday” these are some of my faves in scrumptious Christmas colors, enjoy!
